What is Raw Hair?
Raw Hair is minimally processed human hair where the cuticles are intact and lie in the same natural direction. This allows the hair to retain its natural movement, strength, and quality.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our hair can last for years. The lifespan depends on how often the hair is worn, styled, colored, and cared for.
Does every bundle look exactly the same?
No. Because human hair is a natural product, there may be slight differences in color, texture, and wave or curl pattern. These natural variations make every bundle unique.
Does the hair shed or tangle?
Minimal hair shedding can occur naturally, especially during washing and styling. Proper installation and care help minimize hair shedding and tangling.
Ordering
How many bundles do I need?
For a naturally full look, we generally recommend 3 bundles. For longer lengths or if you desire extra volume, 4 bundles might be a better choice.
How much does one bundle weigh?
Each bundle contains approximately 100 grams of hair.
Can I combine different lengths?
Absolutely. Combining different lengths creates a beautiful, natural layered effect. Popular combinations include, for example, 16"/18"/20", 18"/20"/22", and 20"/22"/24".
Which texture suits me best?
This depends on the look you want to create. Natural Straight provides a sleek and timeless appearance, while our wave and curly textures add more movement and volume.
Coloring & Styling
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes. Our hair can be professionally colored and lightened. As dyeing and bleaching are chemical treatments, we advise having this always done by an experienced professional.
Can I use heat on the hair?
Yes. The hair can be curled, straightened, and styled with heat tools. Always use a good heat protectant and avoid unnecessarily high temperatures.
Does the original curl or wave return after washing?
The natural texture generally returns after washing and air-drying. As it is natural hair, the pattern may become slightly softer over time due to styling and care.
Care
How do I care for my DJIERY Luxury Hair?
Use mild, hydrating hair products and avoid excessive heat use. Gently detangle the hair from the ends towards the roots and, if possible, let it air dry.
How often should I wash the hair?
Wash the hair when product buildup occurs or when it starts to feel heavy or less airy. Washing too often can eventually dry out the hair.
Can I sleep with my extensions?
Yes, if the installation allows it. We recommend gently tying up the hair before sleeping and protecting it with a silk or satin bonnet overnight.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped according to the delivery times stated during checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes. DJIERY Luxury Hair offers international shipping. Available destinations and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Can I return hair extensions?
For hygienic reasons, hair extensions can only be returned if they meet the conditions of our return policy. Hair that has been worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, or otherwise used cannot be returned.
